Our story
About Premiere Automotive
Premiere Automotive is a Lancaster tire and auto repair shop built on doing the work right and explaining it along the way. Whether it's a routine tire change, a differential and transmission fluid service, or tracking down a stubborn electrical problem, we walk customers through what we find instead of just handing over a bill.
Our customers bring us everything from daily-driver SUVs to a Nissan Juke to a Corvette, and we treat each one with the same care. When a repair calls for something unusual, like soldering fresh wiring for a scorched headlight assembly, we take the extra step to get it done properly and show you the part we replaced.
We know a car in the shop is an inconvenience, so we keep customers informed at every stage and have arranged rides home when a repair takes time. It's the kind of service that turns a wrong-turn into the driveway into a repeat customer.
- Shows customers the actual parts before and after repairs
- Comfortable working on a wide range of makes and models
- Keeps customers informed at every step of the repair
- Has arranged rides home for customers during longer jobs
What customers say
“Great Service. My wife does all of her service on her SUV here. Today I brought in my Sports Car and had the differential oil and trani oil changed. Joseph gave me instant service at a reasonable price. I am impressed with how smooth and quickly their professional service is. I will be back!”
“I had what I thought was a bulb out on my Vette. They checked it out and it turns out the assembly was scortched. Unlike other shops, they showed me the part, which as a retired Service Advisor I appreciated. Joe saved me a ton of money in finding the part and they put it all together, including soldering fresh wiring for a very reasonable price. They are friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way, and they gave me a ride home!”
“I got my 2016 Nissan Juke fixed and was very satisfied with their service. They are friendly, very accommodating and very satisfied with their work. They are trust worthy and price friendly auto shop.”
